Job Description

You'll build on Salesforce — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce — and with AI tools including Claude and OpenAI. On smaller projects, you'll own delivery end to end, including client calls.

What We Need From You

• You can take an unclear problem and find a path forward
• New ask on Monday, something working by Friday
• You're already experimenting with AI outside of work
• You ask questions before building, then test properly
• You can talk to a client without hiding behind jargon

Technical Requirements

• Relevant years hands-on Salesforce development
• Confident with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and APIs
• Experience building and debugging real integrations
• Data Cloud or Agentforce exposure is a plus, not a requirement
• What you've built matters more than what you're certified in

Job Description

You'll lead Salesforce builds where Agentforce, Data Cloud and LLMs like Claude and OpenAI are core to the solution. Architecture, technical direction, client conversations, and mentoring the developers on your team.

Some of what you'll build won't have documentation yet.

What We Need From You

• You figure things out without waiting for a spec or a tutorial
• You can go from "never used this" to a working agent in days
• You keep up with platform and AI releases without being told to
• You'll tell a client when AI is the wrong answer for their problem
• You make the developers around you better

Technical Requirements

• Relevant years on Salesforce as a Technical Lead or Architect
• Hands-on across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce
• Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs and integrations
• Track record of architecting solutions that went live and stayed stable
• Experience building with Claude, OpenAI or agent frameworks outside Salesforce is a strong plus
