RULES & CONDITIONS

Claim Rules

  • One agent per week, every Monday at 9am. New agent drops on the schedule above for 10 consecutive weeks, from July 13 to September 14, 2026.
  • One claim per agent. Each agent is available to exactly one company. First confirmed claim wins. Submission of the form does not guarantee selection.
  • Window closes Saturday. Every claim window is open Monday 9am to Saturday 11:59pm. No late claims accepted after the window closes.
  • One claim per company. Each organisation may submit one claim per week. Multiple submissions from the same company will be disqualified.
  • No cash alternative. Free agents cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
  • MIDCAI reserves the right to disqualify any claim that does not meet eligibility requirements or cannot be fulfilled within the deployment window.

Delivery & Eligibility

  • Salesforce org required. Claiming company must have an active Salesforce org. Agents are built natively on Salesforce / Agentforce. No other CRM is supported.
  • Deployed within 30 days. MIDCAI will build and deploy the claimed agent in your Salesforce org within 30 days of claim confirmation. You own the agent post-deployment.
  • Cooperation required. The claiming company agrees to provide timely access to the Salesforce org and a point of contact for deployment coordination.
  • Agent 10 is revealed September 14. Identity of Agent 10 will not be disclosed prior to the Week 10 launch date. The same claim rules apply.
  • OOTB implementation only. Agents are deployed as standard, production-ready solutions. No additional customisation or feature modifications are included. MIDCAI reserves the right to define the implementation scope and deployment approach.

No problem. You can still get any previously released AI agent by contacting our team. While it will no longer be part of the free campaign offer, we can scope, develop, and deploy it for your business as a standard engagement.
